Direct-to-Film (DTF)

Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a popular printing process used to create custom designs on apparel. 

• Process: A design is first printed onto a special film, and a powdered adhesive is applied while the ink is still wet. The adhesive-coated design is then cured with heat and finally transferred to a garment using a heat press.



• Benefits: DTF is prized for its ability to produce vibrant, durable, and high-resolution images on a variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends. It is a cost-effective option for both small and large orders. 

Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

DTG, or direct-to-garment, is a digital printing method that uses specialized inkjet technology to apply full-color, high-resolution designs directly onto textiles. It operates similarly to a home printer, but instead of printing on paper, it prints on items such as T-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags. 

The DTG process is most effective for small-batch orders and complex, detailed graphics with a high number of colors. For dark-colored garments, DTG printers first apply a white ink base to ensure the final colors appear vibrant. 

Traditional Screen Printing

Screen printing is a popular method for custom garment decoration, known for its vivid, durable,and consistent designs. Ideal for custom t-shirts, uniforms, and promotional items, it combinesversatility with cost-effectiveness. Special inks, such as metallic, glow-in-the-dark, and puff,allow for unique effects and textures, making the technique adaptable to creative needs.Additionally, it’s particularly economical for large orders, as the per-unit cost decreases withbulk production. Screen printing also ensures uniformity across items, maintaining high designconsistency for larger runs.
